GENERAL QUESTIONS

- Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website?

We offer immediate order cancellations before it has shipped (up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing), so if you change your mind within that time please send us a message and be advised that we always work hard on sending out orders to ensure they get delivered faster.

We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request and the order is not shipped out yet but we will charge you a restocking fee (4.95 €) and transaction fee.

- What types of Payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also transfer money to our bank account.

- Where can I find product sizing information?

Product sizing varies between cuts and styles for items. Product size information can be found on each product page. Unless otherwise specified sizing is in centimeters and is taken with the item lying flat.

- Received 1 item, where is the rest?

We're glad to hear your first package has arrived and hope you like it.

Since you've ordered multiple items from different vendors, they are being shipped out to you from different places in separate packages.

The other items are currently in transit to your location.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

- Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you’ve purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we’ll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

- How do I return or exchange an item?

No refunds, exchange only with shipping back item.

Return shipping costs will be shouldered by the buyer.

We're confident our premium curated product selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to exchange an item - please contact our support team at info@vikings-of-valhalla.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.

- What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

We'll make it up to you in case it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.
